The Spacious garden in front of the building has tables, chairs, swing, beach umbrellas, etc. for relaxation. The garden is fully covered by the coconut trees and other trees & it is always kept cool. The breakfast is served in the garden.

 
The Thatched roof on the top gives double protection against heat and keeps the building/rooms always cool. This terrace can be used for practising yoga, etc. There is also another open terrace space for Sunbath with sitting arrangement, benches, tables, etc. The other facilities includes doctor on call, laundry service etc. There are also ISD/STD facilities, E-mail, cyber café, Ayurvedic health/massage centre etc. which are at a stone's throw away distance
